Kozy Haven uses convenient self check-in. Guests receive the arrival information and door code needed for their stay, so you can get settled without waiting at a front desk.

Early check-in may be available depending on the previous reservation and housekeeping schedule. Our typical early check-in is 2:00 PM for an additional fee. Contact us before arrival and we will let you know what is possible.

Yes. Pets are welcome at Kozy Haven.

We charge a one-time $45 pet fee per reservation, not per night. There are no nightly pet fees. Whether you are staying for a weekend, a week or an extended stay, the pet fee is $45 for the reservation.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available for our guests and is ready for remote workers, contractors, traveling professionals and extended-stay guests.

Yes. Kozy Haven has plenty of room for boats, trailers and larger work vehicles.

Whether you are bringing a fishing boat for Green River Lake, towing a trailer, or arriving with a larger contractor or work rig, our property offers convenient parking space that makes longer vehicles much easier to manage than at a typical hotel.

Yes. Kozy Haven offers private on-site parking, with convenient space near the cabins and homes. If you are bringing an especially large vehicle, trailer or work setup, contact us and we can help you plan the best fit.

Yes. Our cabins and homes are designed to make real stays comfortable. Most offer full kitchens with the basics you need to prepare meals, while some smaller accommodations may use a kitchenette. Check the individual property details for the exact setup.

Yes. Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Our cabins include private outdoor space with a fire pit and seating, plus a charcoal grill, making it easy to relax outside after a lake day, workday or afternoon exploring Columbia.

Yes. Because Kozy Haven has multiple private cabins and homes on the property, we may be able to keep families, coworkers or groups close together while still giving everyone their own space. Contact us with your dates and group size so we can help match the available units.

Yes. Laundry service is available by request for $20 per bag. This can be especially helpful for longer stays and work assignments.

Kozy Haven is a private cabin and vacation-rental experience rather than a traditional hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included. Housekeeping can be requested for extended stays when needed.

Our standard cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check-in. Please review the terms shown with your reservation, and contact us if you have a question about a specific booking.

No. Smoking is not permitted inside Kozy Haven cabins or homes. A $250 smoking fee may apply when smoking occurs indoors.
