Kozy Haven is an owner-absent, self-service lodging property. Self check-in gives you privacy and flexibility while phone and online communication remain available when you need help.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central Time. Check-out is by 11:00 AM Central Time. Please plan arrivals and departures around those times unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

Smoking is not permitted inside any cabin, house or other accommodation. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside a unit.

Pet-friendly stays are available. Pets must be supervised, well-behaved and cleaned up after. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, and any additional pets beyond the reservation must be approved.

Please follow the maximum occupancy shown for the property you booked. Additional guests must be included in the reservation or approved before arrival.

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Central Time so everyone on the property can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Kozy Haven does not provide routine daily housekeeping during a stay. Basic starter essentials are provided, and guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their pets. Housekeeping can be discussed for longer stays when needed.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their party or their pets. Charges may apply when repairs, replacement or additional cleaning are required.

Guest parking is provided. Please use designated parking areas and avoid blocking driveways, neighboring property or access routes.

Lock doors and windows when you leave the property and report safety or security concerns as soon as possible. Call 911 for emergencies.

Kozy Haven is in a rural Kentucky setting. Bugs, birds, squirrels and other wildlife are part of that environment. Keep doors and windows closed when practical and dispose of food waste properly to help keep unwanted visitors outside.
